Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding pre-orders). Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination country; it is calculated automatically when you enter your address.

Each order is shipped in a black envelope. Lingerie is delicately wrapped in tissue paper, and accessories are placed in a muslin pouch. Paloma includes a handwritten note with every shipment, and you can add a personalized gift message during checkout.
